- Time spent at the partner university: 4 months
I travelled by plane. My partner university organised team meetings and provided tips on topics such as housing, travel and so on. That was very helpful.
It was difficult to find a place to live. Many dorms were already full. My partner university suggested several housing websites, where I found my shared apartment. I recommend living in the city center rather than near the university. That’s where all the social life happens. Be careful, many websites charge one-time fees, which can get very expensive. For example, I paid 1,000 € that I won’t get back.
There are many group projects and presentations. I liked ‘Promoting Responsible Management & Leadership‘ and ‘Luxury Marketing‘
for the entire exchange
I only took the tram and bus and walked a lot. I bought a monthly transportation ticket. There’s also a free food distribution program run by an organization. You can get fruits, vegetables, sweets and personal care products. There are very few neighborhoods where you shouldn't live because of safety reasons. Otherwise, it's safe everywhere, even when you're out alone at night. Erasmus offers many activities, such as trips or events in the city.
I especially enjoyed meeting so many new students from all over the world. The wide range of activities on offer was also really cool.
