1. Preparation

Not much prep needed. Best is to book flights and accommodation far in advance.

2. Accommodation

It was really hard to find something fairly priced in Lisbon. There are a lot of scammy placed and also places that are quite moldy because of the humidity in winter in lisbon. Best place to look for an accommodation is idealista. I lived in Principe Real which is great to go to uni by metro. In general you should either leave close to a blue metro line or yellow metro line - both are going to uni.

3. Academic life at host university

The campus is quite old, especially for a private university, but they are currently building a new one. The teaching style is similar to the one at WU - you have to be ready to do a lot of group work. Grading is quite intransparent. Courses I can recommend are: Business of Fashion & Managing Social Innovation.

5. Every day life in the host country

Public transport is good, there are a lot of metros that connect the city safety situation: quite safe, a lot of pickpockets so mind you bags. Also the are around martim moniz is not safe social/leisure activities: so much to do, parties everyday sports options: you have everyhing and plenty of it - padel, yoga, pilates, gyms and cheaper than in Austria

6. Testimonial

Amazing time, mostly because of the people & the lifestyle in lisbon. Be ready for amazing time at the beach, but also mind that winter is VERY rainy.
