I got it through AU Housing. The process was easy and straightforward. I could choose my preferred type of accommodation (shared house, shared flat, apartment). I lived in a shared house with three people (one guy and two girl). We shared the kitchen and the bathroom. Location was safe, but it cab be said about Aarhus in general.
As a BBE student I was at the BSS department. The university was well equipped and modern. My semester was the last one at the current campus, in the next semester they are moving to a new one. There are many places the town (that belongs to the university) where you can study and find cafeteria. The courses are either 5 or 10 ECTS. The semester is longer and there is more classes than at WU, but the space is more relaxed, The length of the class is also different, for example if your class starts at 10:00 according to the catalogue in reality it will start at 10:15, then you have a 10-15 minute break from 11:00. The only downside is that there isn't any forum or place where you can exchange documents, notes and experience about a course (or at least I haven't found).
for the entire exchange
Transport: The best deal is to buy a bike, that is light weight, at the start of your stay and sell it at the end of it. Many of us did it through Facebook Marketplace. An other option is to rent through Swapfiets, here the cheapest bike is heavy and you will have problem with it because it is hard to use in Aarhus because the city is very hilly. You can choose the electric one but they are more expensive. If you want to use the public transport the rejsekort app is the easiest to do so. It is expensive. One ride is at least 2,5€. The monthly pass is almost as much as a semester pass in Vienna. The city is very safe. The city offers many leisure activities. The department's of the university have their own bars, and they have every week the "Friday Bars". The drinks are affordable. The gyms are well equipped and close to the Austrian prices. You also have the possibility to buy monthly pass. I also played football with other exchange students that we organised our self.
It was very interesting to see how the Danes leave and understand why they usually finish on the top in many statistics.
