- Time spent at the partner university: 5 months
Take your time when choosing your courses. Read the syllabus carefully and see which subjects truly interest you. Having a day off from university can also be very beneficial.
The university provided several websites where you can look for accommodation. I shared a flat with two other students, which we booked through aTemporal. Overall, the agency was reliable and we were very happy with the apartment. Since prices can be quite high, it is worth taking your time when choosing a flat, as you will spend a lot of time there. Living close to a subway station and in a pleasant neighborhood is also important.
The campus is not very remarkable, but it offers all the facilities you need. There are several options for eating on campus. The teaching style is similar to the one at WU, with a strong focus on preparing and giving presentations.
for the entire exchange
Transportation costs are approximately €20 per month. Expenses for activities and eating out amount to around €200–400 per month.
The exchange program was an amazing experience for me, and I can highly recommend it to everyone. You meet so many new and inspiring people from all over Europe and beyond. It gives you the opportunity to step out of your everyday routine at home, experience a different culture, and grow both personally and academically. Overall, it is an unforgettable experience that I would encourage anyone to take part in.
