1. Preparation

Buy plane/ train tickets as early as possible. Go through the partner's university very carefully. Find someone who went to the same partner university.

2. Accommodation

The biggest tip I wish i knew was to ask students about places/ neighbourhoods to stay in. Closest to university is usually optimal.

They have oral exams at this university. The campus can be a bit confusing at first, so arrive early the first few days until you get the hang of it. The university also uses different student portals, such as Module and insis.

6. Testimonial

It was very hectic at first, however, being so close to Vienna, it wasn't that much of a change and shift. Overall, the people you meet are what make an exchange special. The events and experiencing new things that you can't at your home university matter, whether its party's or social activities.
