1. Preparation

Make sure to really read through all the Fact sheets for all the universities you are applying to in order to not miss any important deals about the exchange Unis you are applying to

2. Accommodation

It was really easy as I just applied for Campus accommodation with I also got, the link to apply for it though came a bit late but still everyone I know got a place even though they said it wasn’t guaranteed.

3. Academic life at host university

The campus live was great I would definitely recommend to join as many Clubs and Societies as possible as this definitely make my stay abroad even better as I meet a lot of new people there. The teaching style is a bit different to WU as you have more short lectures and Workshops compared to long blocked ones at WU also the classes are quite small and you definitely have lots of options to ask for help from your Professors.

5. Every day life in the host country

Public transport is quite good the connections from Campus to the town are frequently and also the train station has good connections to all over the UK perfect for weekend trips. Societies and Clubs a great way to spent your free time, I really enjoyed toe hiking society. And the sport center is really nice as well.

I really enjoyed my exchange and I couldn’t have imagined a better time. One thing I really enjoyed was meeting new people and spending time with them we had so many great evenings and conversations together.
