1. Preparation

Get familiar with all options regarding city (including costs), university, etc. Get familiar with the possible courses.

2. Accommodation

Very easy, got my accommodation through the receiving university. However, it was very expensive. student residence, private bathroom, shared kitchen Location very safe, central in Fredericksburg (Nimbuskollegiet)

3. Academic life at host university

Campus is divided into 4 campuses. They are all close to each other, but still it is separated. Teaching was kind of similar to WU. The courses were a bit more specific.

5. Every day life in the host country

We got a Swapfiets bike and could easily ride to University within 5 minutes. Very Safe. Good possibilities to do leisure activities (Sports, etc.). Many events on Campus. ESP organized many events (parties, local traditions, trips, orientation week.)

6. Testimonial

It was amazing. The best thing during my exchange was probably my student accommodation. I had great friends there. We played often games or cooked dinner together. I will miss this a lot.
