- Clarify whether you need any courses and, if so, which ones. - Start looking for accommodation as early as possible, since student housing tends to fill up very quickly. - It is best to fly either to Paris or to Belgium, specifically Brussels Charleroi Airport. From there, you can easily get to Lille using the BlaBlaCar app. There are frequent rides to Lille, and it often costs only around €10. - By bus or train, you can usually only get as far as Paris directly, and from there you would need to take another train to Lille.

- I stayed in a long-term hotel in the city of Lille, while the campus is located a bit outside the city. Depending on where you are staying in Lille, it usually takes around 40–50 minutes to get to the university. - if you are more interested in partying and having the full city experience, I would recommend looking for an apartment, shared flat, or similar accommodation in the city center. - However, most EDHEC students usually stay either in student residences close to campus or in nearby accommodation. - Start looking early for an accomodation - After receiving an acception from EDHEC you will have a call regarding student residencies. Make sure you attend those to get all the information on housing, accommodation etc.

- There is no grocery store near the campus. There are two cafeterias, one larger and one smaller, but I would not really recommend eating there, as the food is quite poor, even though it is very cheap. It is usually better to bring your own food. - The campus offers a large sports center with many different activities, such as boxing, swimming, basketball, football, and more. - Compared to the courses at WU, the courses at EDHEC do not involve a particularly heavy workload. At the same time, the material is also relatively easy. -Good Classes: Customer Acquisition, Entrepreneurial Strategies - The teaching style is quite similar: discussions, traditional lectures, lots of presentations, and so on.

- Public transport is quite good and can get you almost anywhere in the city, whether by metro, bus, or train. - Some areas can feel less safe, especially outside the city center and around certain metro stations. - I would strongly advise against looking for accommodation in the center of Roubaix. It is located outside Lille, and although many students consider it because of lower prices, we were told that it is one of the more dangerous areas in France. - There are also several student associations where you can meet new people and get involved. - Personally, I did not go clubbing very often in Lille, but there are many bar and club combinations that are quite fun. Just keep in mind that most places close around 1 a.m.

- The university has a very strong reputation in France and is considered one of the top three business schools in the country. - There are some very good professors, but also a few courses that feel rather unnecessary. - If you are looking for an exchange semester with lots of new connections or strong academic challenges, this might not be the right place for you. - The city itself also does not offer that much, apart from the fact that you can easily travel to nearby major cities such as Paris or London.
